The history

StoriaStoriaIn 1978, Stella Bianca, established as a cheese making company near Lodi, produced a huge range of cheeses: Grana Padano, Taleggio, Gorgonzola, Caciotta, Crescenza, Caprino and Mascarpone, all of which are still made according to the traditional Lodi recipe.

At the beginning of the 1980s having become Stella Bianca S.p.A., the company focused on embodying its concept of quality: a careful renovation and commercial repositioning process at the beginning of the 1990s turned the company into an avant-garde organisation, with a modern, automated plant, “tailor-made” to make cheese with respect for tradition, aimed entirely at the production and management of fresh cheeses.
