Dear Customer,

As per article 13 of the Personal data protection code (Legislative Decree 196/03) we include below the informative note on the processing of personal data that shall be carried out by Stella Bianca S.p.A. to supply the requested services.

1) The personal data supplied when you subscribe to the services of Stella Bianca S.p.A. or collected afterwards during the use of the services themselves, shall be processed for the following purposes: a) supply of requested services, b) maintenance and technical assistance concerning the services, c) management of any complaints and/or contentious procedures, d) prevention/repression of frauds and any illegal activity.

The data shall be processed for the same purposes even with the use of computer, telematic and paper means. The data contained in this Databank shall not be disclosed to third parties.

Giving your data is obligatory for the above purposes. Failure to give your personal data, or giving partial or incorrect data could lead to the impossibility to supply the services requested.

2) After receiving your explicit authorization and up to its revocation, your personal data can be processed directly – even through one or more remote communication techniques (e-mail, telephone) – for the purposes not linked to the supply of the services requested, that is:

a) communications relating initiatives and services

b) studies and statistical and market research performed only by Stella Bianca S.p.A.

Authorization for the processing of data and for the purposes indicated in point 2 above is not obligatory; in case of refusal Stella Bianca S.p.A. shall process your data only for the purposes indicated in point 1 above.

Data may be processed using paper or computer and/or telematic media and in any case through modalities and procedures able to assure conformity with the laws in force.

Within Stella Bianca S.p.A. your personal data shall be processed by the employees of the Customer Care, Commercial, Marketing, Billing and Technology departments, who operate under the direct authority of the "Data controller", who have been chosen as data processors and have received specific operating instructions.
The Data Controllers or Data Processors shall receive adequate operating instructions, with particular reference to the adoption of minimum safety measures to assure the confidentiality and safety of the data.

In relation to the processing of personal data, you can in any moment exercise the rights laid down in art. 7 of the Code by writing to:
