Exclusively produced with national dairy goat milk, certified, with food chain traceability, immediately worked with while freshly drawn from livestock. Livestock is held in farmsteads in Alto Adige, situated at heights between 900 and 1.500 meters, fundamental for obtaining select and natural raw materials thanks to air salubrity and the unique territory, enhancing all of the products obtained in this incredible natural setting that is familiar to us all.
